Ordering from Bloom is easy. You can order online by going to our Shop Online page. Click add to cart for the product you wish to purchase, and it will automatically be put in your cart. You can view your cart at any time and once you have finished shopping, click view cart and proceed to check out. Details of your purchase will be there. Shipping (if applicable) and taxes are added as you proceed throughout the checkout. If you are a returning customer, you can simply log in with your username or email and password or set up an account if you are a new customer.

Free shipping is available to all qualifying Continental United States shipments only. We make every effort to ship all orders daily, however, due to heavy order volume we are not always able to do so. There are no guarantees on shipping times, arrival dates, or method of shipment with Free Shipping Options. We reserve the right to ship your order using whichever carrier we choose.

At Bloom, we want to ensure you have made an informed decision before you buy. Please read all the product descriptions carefully before your purchase and feel free to contact us with any product-related questions if you are unsure about your selection.

Please note, that we are unable to cancel and refund orders after they have been processed.

Given the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products purchased unless there is a specific manufacturing defect. As soon as something leaves our warehouse, for health and safety reasons, it is considered used and therefore non-returnable. This includes new items in their original packaging.

We ask you to check all products immediately upon receiving them to ensure that everything is in good working order and that you have received exactly what you ordered. If you find a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, we will replace it with the same item.
For defective items outside of the 15-day initial period, we will assist you in contacting the product's manufacturer directly to find a resolution to your problem.

Please contact us within 15 days after the shipment has been delivered to request support on a product that is manufacturer defective. Please return the items in their original packaging, within 30 days after the shipment has been delivered, to P.O. Box 2234 Wilton, NY 12831. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30-day return period. If you have further questions or problems, please contact us.
